Bounce Infinity E1+ electric scooter gets cheaper in India, Know revised price

Domestic EV maker Bounce Infinity is offering a bumper discount of Rs 24,000 for its E1+ electric scooter. The Bengaluru-based company has listed the offer on the official website. With a price drop of Rs 24,000, the Bounce Infinity E1+ is currently listed at Rs 89,999 (ex-showroom) instead of its earlier price of Rs 1.13 lakh. However, the price cut will only be available till 31st March, 2024.

The offer applies to all Bounce Infinity E1+ scooters in India. Apart from the price cut, the company has not made any changes to the electric scooter. It continues to be offered with removable liquid-cooled batteries that can be charged via a 15A wall socket.

The Bounce Infinity E1+ e-scooter is powered by a 2.2kW electric motor, which is claimed to deliver a top speed of 65kmph. Packed with a 2kWh lithium-ion NMC battery pack, the scooter can reach an IDC range of over 85km on a single charge.

For the break and suspension, the E1+ electric scooter is equipped with telescopic forks at the front and twin spring shocks at the back. The braking duties are handled by disc brakes at both ends under a combined braking system.

Bounce Infinity started deliveries of the E1+ e-scooter in April 2022. In nearly two years, Bounce has only registered 8,570 units to date. The scooter rivals the Ola S1 X electric scooter. However, the Bounce Infinity E1 costs Rs 10,000 more than the Ola S1 X which has the same battery capacity.
