Bhubaneswar: Body of a lady teacher of Times Gurukul School was found hanging inside the hostel room under mysterious circumstances here on Tuesday.
The deceased has been identified as Kadambini Ray of Jagatsinghpur.
According to reports, Chandaka police rushed to the campus of the Gurukul School situated at Gothapatna village after getting information and recovered the hanging body of the teacher from the hostel room of the school.
From its preliminary investigation the cops suspected that the 27-year-old teacher might have committed suicide by hanging herself. However, he said that the exact cause of her death will be clear only after the postmortem.
Kadambini’s body has been seized and her family members have been informed about the matter. Meanwhile, the Chandaka Police is questioning the school and hostel authorities over the incident.
