New-Delhi: The Israel Defense Forces said it has killed a senior member of the Hamas terror group in an overnight airstrike in the Gaza Strip today.
The airstrike killed the head of Hamas’s aerial system, Merad Abu Merad, who was largely responsible for directing terrorists during the massacre on Saturday, according to Israel Defense Forces.
“Last night, IAF fighter jets conducted wide-scale strikes throughout the Gaza Strip. These included dozens of Hamas terror targets as well as “Nukhba” terrorist operatives that were in a staging ground in the Gaza Strip,” said the Israeli Air Force.
The IDF said it hit dozens of sites belonging to Hamas’s commando forces, who led the infiltration into Israel on October 7, in separate strikes overnight.
