Oppo has launched the Oppo A18 with an octa-core MediaTek Helio chipset and has an 90Hz HD+ display at a price of Rs 9,999.
Oppo has launched the Oppo A18 as it’s latest product in India. The new budget smartphone made it’s debut earlier in the UAE in September. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio chipset, an 90Hz HD+ display, a 5,000mAh battery, and dual rear camera unit.
The company recently launched the Oppo A38 in the country and shares the processor and battery with the Oppo A18.
Oppo A18 price in India
Oppo A18 is offered in two colour variants with a single storage option. The price of the smartphone in India has been set at Rs 9,999 for the 4GB + 64GB variant. The phone is available in Glowing Black and Glowing Blue colour options. The phone is available for purchase through the official Oppo online store and other retail stores across the country.

Oppo A18 features a 6.56-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1,612 x 720 pixels, and a refresh rate of up to 90Hz. The display supports a peak brightness level of 720nits. The smartphone packs a 5,000mAh battery and is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 SoC paired with Mali G52 MC2 GPU.
The device features a dual rear camera unit that includes an 8-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The front camera has a 5-megapixel sensor housed inside a centre-aligned waterdrop notch at the top of the display.
It boots Android 13-based ColorOS 13.1. The handset also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options include 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm audio jack. In dimension, the device weighs 188 grams and measures 163.74mm x 75.03mm x 8.16mm in size.
