Lenovo has launched the Legion Slim 7 and Slim 5 series laptops in India. The new Lenovo Legion 7 and 5 series’ price starts at Rs 1,61,990 in India. The legion series laptops are specially favorable for gamers. The company is also trying to carter to creators with the lineup. Lenovo is offering the new Legion laptops with options such as 13th Gen Intel Core i9- -13900H processors and AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS processors.
Lenovo Legion Slim 7, 5 series specifications
The Legion Slim 7i, 7 and the Legion Slim 5i,5 are suited for gamers and creators on the go. The Lenovo Legion Slim 7i and 7, and Legion Slim 5i and 5 series Legion Slim 5/5i sports a sleek chassis, measuring as thin as 19.99mm. The Legion Slim 5,5i measures 19.99mm and Legion 7/7i series comes with 19mm thick and weigh less than 1.99kg.
Both devices are offered with options such as 13th Gen Intel Core i9- -13900H processors and AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS processors. Both come with support for up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 GPU.
They support Lenovo PureSight gaming display, which promises a good viewing experience and is also good option ro creators who require high resolutions and exceptional colour gamut for their workflow. The laptop line up are offered with 16-inch IPS 500 nits anti-glare display and 100% DCI-P3 panel. It gets 32GB of 5600MHz DDR5 RAM.
All the devices come with proprietary Lenovo AI Engine+ powered by the Lenovo LA1 AI chips, which promises to deliver better gaming performance. The Legion Slim 5/5i and 7/7i are loaded with Lenovo Legion ColdFront 5.0 thermals, to ensure better heat dissipation and curb overheating issues.
Legion Slim 7/7i packs up to 99.99 Whr Super Rapid Charge battery with up to 140 Whr total TDP, whereas the Legion Slim 5/5i has up to 80 Whr battery with up to 140 Whr total TDP. The company has claimed that the batteries will last up to 10 hours and can be charged fully under 80 minutes with fast charging.
The Legion Slim 5/5i and Slim 7/7i come equipped with a full-sized Lenovo Legion TrueStrike keyboard. The keyboard is customizable with replaceable WASD keycaps and Legion Spectrum 4-zone RGB lighting that enhances the user’s gaming experience. Both devices have a recycled aluminium design.
The other features of the Legion Slim series laptops include up-to-1080p webcam with an e-shutter and SD card reader, expanded storage capacity, 3 months of free Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and access to Nahimic by SteelSeries 3D immersive audio.

The Legion Slim series laptops are available for purchase at a starting price of Rs 1,61,990.
Customers can also personalise their laptops according to their specific needs with the ‘Custom to Order’ (CTO) option on Lenovo.com. The customised devices will be delivered within 25 days of purchase. Lenovo is currently offering an upfront discount of Rs 3,000 and a 10% cashback of up to Rs 10,000 on all CTO orders.
