Google Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro official teaser released; Pre-orders in India start on October 5

Google has released the first official teaser of the much-rumored Pixel 8 series, giving a glimpse of the upcoming devices. The Pixel 8 series with the Google Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro smartphone is scheduled to launch at the ‘Made by Google’ event on October 4. The lineup will comprise of two smartphones- the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro.

Google has also announced that both smartphones will be available for pre-order in India on October 5. Google has also shared two teasers where the first one reveals the products it’s launching, and the second one shows design of Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro.

Google Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro officially teased

The latest teaser by Google shows the Pixel 8 Pro in Porcelain and the Pixel 8 in a glossy matte finish. Both devices have similar looks but have different camera module. The Pixel 8 was shown with two cameras while the top-end Pixel 8 Pro sports a triple camera setup on the back.

It will also not feature the temperature sensor that’s exclusive to the Pixel 8 Pro, and located just next to the camera sensors.

Google Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro pre-orders in India

The pre-orders for the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro will start in India on October 5, which is just a day after the phones debut globally. Just like other Google products, the Pixel 8 series will be available exclusively via Flipkart. The price of the upcoming Pixel phones will be revealed on launch day, which is October 4.

Google Pixel Watch 2, Pixel Buds Pro launch

Google has also teased the Pixel Watch 2 and Pixel Buds Pro along with the Pixel 8 phone. These products will also debut on October 4. That means we will also get the Pixel Watch 2 and the Pixel Buds Pro alongside the Pixel 8 series. The Pixel Watch 2 looks quite like its predecessor with the circular dial but it does look to be slightly thinner. The Pixel Buds Pro is teased in a Porcelain finish just like the Pixel 8 Pro.
