Good news for iPhone lovers! The iPhone 14 series could bring a huge upgrade compared to the iPhone 11

This could be a great new for iPhone lovers, if you are looking for upgrade your phone. This year, at the beginning or end of September, the iPhone 14 will be released. All the indications are that the iPhone price will skyrocket. This iPhone series includes the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, and iPhone 14 Pro Max. Let’s compare the iPhone 14 with the iPhone 11 to know whether upgrading your phone will be the right decision or not.

Design differences between the iPhone 14 and the iPhone 11

While the iPhone 14 is anticipated to maintain the flat-sided appearance of the iPhone 13 family, the iPhone 11 series was the final generation of Face ID iPhones to have curved edges. The iPhone 11 and iPhone 14 will therefore feel very different in your hand while having comparable frontal designs.

The twin or triple camera block will only be somewhat different on the back. The two cameras on the iPhone 14 and 14 Max will likely be positioned diagonally, giving them a different appearance from the iPhone 11’s vertically stacked sensors. The iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max should have the same triangle camera arrangement as the iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max, but given how massive the lenses on the iPhone 13 Pro models are, there will probably be a significant size difference. According to estimates, the basic iPhone 14 will be the same size as the iPhone 11 at 6.1 inches. While measuring 6.1 inches for the Pro and 6.7 inches for the Pro Max, respectively, as opposed to 5.8 inches and 6.5 inches, the iPhone 14 Pro models are thought to be slightly larger than their iPhone 11 Pro equivalents.

iPhone 14 vs. iPhone 11: Display Glass

The anticipated iPhone 14 Max model has no direct counterpart, but at 6.7 inches, it will also seem larger than the iPhone 11 Pro Max.

The iPhone 11 had toughened glass on the front and back, but it was not constructed of the Ceramic Shield glass that Apple started using with the iPhone 12 and kept using with the iPhone 13. This suggests that the iPhone 14 will also likely contain Ceramic Shield glass, making it significantly more durable than the iPhone 11. While the iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max have a darker matte green option, the iPhone 11 also comes in yellow, purple, and green.

With two distinct versions for Pro and non-Pro, purple is the sole new colour that has been predicted for the iPhone 14. The darker blue now available with the iPhone 13 may be replaced with a new sky blue option for the standard iPhone models.

iPhone ’14 vs. iPhone 11: Camera

Beginning with the entry-level models, the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max should include two 12MP cameras on the rear, functioning as the primary and ultra-wide lenses, similar to the iPhone 11, but with modernized sensors and optics. Apple upgraded the front camera of the iPhone 11 from 7MP to 12MP for the iPhone 12, and the same change should be made to the iPhone 14 as well.

Three 12MP cameras with primary, ultra-wide, and 2x telephoto lenses were paired on the back of the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max. There are two significant differences between the iPhone 14 Pro and the iPhone 14 Pro Max. First, it is rumoured that the primary camera will be improved to a 48MP sensor with greater quality, enabling more detail and light in photographs. Second, the 3x telephoto camera from the iPhone 13 Pro should remain on the iPhone 14 pro, outperforming the iPhone 11’s maximum optical magnification by 50 Percent.

The front cameras shouldn’t undergo any alterations. The 12MP sensors used in the two iPhone 11 Pro variants remained the same for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13. We anticipate the same with the iPhone 14 pro, barring any speculation to the contrary.

iPhone ’14 vs. iPhone 11: Software

When the iPhone 11 series launched, it only supported iOS 13, which could be updated to iOS 16. According to the reports, the iPhone 14 will have the default software of iOS 16. However, the iPhone 14 will continue to get system updates when Apple drops support for the iPhone 11.

Battery and Charging Performance of the iPhone 14 vs. the iPhone 11

According to the reports, the iPhone 14’s charging capacity will remain the same as the iPhone 13, but compared to the iPhone 11, it will have better battery performance.

iPhone ’14 vs. iPhone 11: Storage

It is rumoured that the iPhone 14 Pro versions will switch to the new Apple A16 chip, widening the performance disparity even more. This will be made worse by the extra 8GB of RAM that will be available on all iPhone 14 models, which should enable far more fluid multitasking than the 4GB in the iPhone 11 could.

A pitiful 64 GB of storage was the standard for all iPhone 11 models. Apple started selling 128GB iPhones by default in more recent years, with Pro models offering up to 1TB of storage. If you’re out of storage space for images, you should see this on the iPhone 14 series once more.
