Cuttack: Ollywood actress Varsha Priyadarshini will continue to stay in the paternal house of her husband and Kendrapara MP Anubhav Mohanty as the Cuttack district judge today issued an interim stay on the order of the Sub Division Judicial Magistrate (SDJM) Court.
Earlier on June 2, the SDJM court had asked Varsha to vacate Anubhav’s paternal house at Nandisahi within two months after receiving the first tranche of financial help. The actor-turned-politician was directed to pay Rs 30k compensation for her accommodation elsewhere.
However, the Cuttack district judge today stays the order till the next hearing. Besides, it asked Anubhav Mohanty to file his reply before the next hearing of the case which will be conducted on July 4.
