Cuttack: Hearing of the marital discord case of actor-turned-politician Anubhav Mohanty and his wife Varsha Priyadarshini to begin at the Family Court in Cuttack from today.
Varsha Priyadarshini is said to have submitted the memo of the FIR copy after reaching the court. It is expected that Anubhav will also reach the court soon.
It is to be noted here that Anubhav Mohanty had filed a divorce petition at Patiala House Court in Delhi. However, Varsha had approached the Supreme Court urging it to transfer the case to the Cuttack Family Court.
While conducting a hearing on Varsha’s petition, the apex court had directed the Patiala House Court to transfer the divorce petition of Anubhav Mohanty to the Family Court in Cuttack and had asked the star couple to appear before the Court on April 5.
