Sundergarh: Tragic struck a family, when two brothers were killed in a road accident near Balijodi under Koida police limits in Sundergarh district last night.
The deceased has been identified as Arun Majhi (20) and Ajay Majhi (19), native of Kadadhia village.
According to sources, both the brothers were travelling to a nearby village Dengula from some work when an unknown vehicle hit their bike.
While Arun succumbed on the spot and Ajay who sustained critical injuries was immediately rushed to the Kodia Community Health Centre (CHC) where he died while undergoing treatment.
On being informed, the Kodia police reached the spot and started an investigation into the matter.
