Bhubaneswar: The rising Covid cases in the capital city of Bhubaneswar has become a matter of concern and headache for the administration. The spread of the novel Coronavirus in bastis of Bhubaneswar seems to be alarming.
As many as 44 Covid positives have been detected from Trinath basti near Nayapalli area of Bhubaneswar. 
This has prompted the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) to seal the entire settlement.
The entrances and exits of the basti have been sealed with bamboo barricades. No one is allowed to enter or leave the basti. Few people have however been seen violating the containment guidelines and going out to work.
