Shocking, traffic police beaten up in Bhubaneswar: WATCH

Bhubaneswar: In a shocking incident, a video of traffic police beaten up in Bhubaneswar has gone viral, said reliable reports. The incident took place near the Bharatpur traffic police outpost.

It has been alleged that there was an accident following which miscreants were angered and started beating up the traffic police on the road in complete public glare. The incident allegedly occurred at around 4:30 pm.

Reports say that an accident had taken place near the Bharatpur traffic police outpost in Bhubaneswar before the incident occurred. The traffic police who got beaten up had allegedly tried to bring about a compromise among the parties who were involved in the accident.

Later, the relatives of the accident victim reached the spot and the started beating up and abusing the traffic cop, said reliable reports in this regard.

Further the miscreants were in such a mad fit of rage that they did not spare the onlookers. The Bharatpur police immediately reached the spot and has been able to arrest one of the miscreants. The police has launched an investigation in this regard, said latest reports.
