Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Surendra Kumar on Friday informed that repolling will be held in 34 booths across the state on May 19.
The CEO said repolling in 12 booths, where voting was held in third phase (April 23) and 22 booths in fourth phase (April 29) is likely to be held on May 19.
The repolling is being conducted due to irregularities reported from these booths.
The CEO further informed that master trainers are currently undergoing training in EVM, VVPAT slip and ballot paper counting whereas the training of returning officers will be held on May 13 and 14.
Similarly, the district-level training of officers will be held from May 14-19.
