Athagarh: The local police arrested a groom from his wedding procession at Athagarh.
The incident took place near Sapua bridge.
In movie style arrested, the police in plain clothes stepped out of a Bolero, interrupted the ‘barat’ (wedding procession) and took away the groom.
The groom was allegedly involved in the Kadalibadi Murder incident of 2019.
Since 2 years he has been evading the police.
As the news of his marriage reached the police they immediately went to the spot in plain clothes and arrested the man.
