Odisha’s Capital City reports 5 Coronavirus positive case on May 26

Bhubaneswar: 5 cases of Coronavirus have been detected in Smart city Bhubaneswar in the last 24 hours.

According to reports by Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) on May 26, 2022, the cases were local contact cases. Single positive cases were reported today from Pahala, Jayadev Vihar, Ghatakia area of the city. On the other hand, 2 cases were reported from the Chandrasekharpur area of the city.

With today’s development, the total Covid-19 cases have increased to 1,56,655. The recovered cases are 1,55,362. The total deceased cases are 1193. At present, the active Covid-19 cases in Bhubaneswar stand at 79. The recovered cases in BMC in last 24 hours were 3.

Odisha on Thursday 11 new Covid cases, informed the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department. The positive tally stands at 12,88,401.

Reportedly, among the 11, seven patients are in quarantine, and four are local contacts.

The active cases in Odisha currently stand at 79.
