Odisha To Host Month Long ‘Marine Driver Eco Retreat’ Festival In Konark

Bhubaneswar: In a bid to attract foreign tourists to the state, the Odisha government has decided to organise ‘Marine Driver Eco Retreat’ festival near Konark from December 14 to January 14.

The decision was taken during a meeting chaired by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik at Lok Seva Bhawan today.

As per an official communication, various facilities including food festival, adventure sports and water sports will be provided for tourists during the month long festival. Besides a temporary luxury tent cottage with 50 rooms will also be set up to accommodate tourists.

Patnaik has also directed the concerned department officials to give their best to make the event successful.
