Bhubaneswar: Odisha reported 5,901 fresh cases of Covid in the last 24 hours including 739 in the 0-18 years age group, informed the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department on Thursday.
The new 5,901 positive cases include 1,430 cases from Khordha, followed by 545 from Sundergarh, 402 from Cuttack, and 300 from Balasore have been detected in the last 24 hours.
Among the 5,901 positives, 3,419 patients are in quarantine and 2,482 are the local contacts. Currently, the active cases stand at 70,327.
