Odisha reports rise in Covid-19 fatalities again

Bhubaneswar: A total of 69 COVID patients, who were under treatment in different COVID hospitals, died due to the deadly coronavirus, informed the Health & Family Welfare Department on Wednesday.

According to the Health Department, with the latest reports of 69 deaths, the toll due to coronavirus in the State rose to 5,241.

Khurda district recorded highest 22 fatalities followed by Sundergarh (10), Bargarh (7), Angul (6), Keonjhar (5), Kendrapara (4), Balasore(3), Bhadrak, Boudh, Ganjam, Nayagarh and Puri (1 each).
