Odisha Man Stones Wife To Death In Jajpur, husband arrested

Jajpur: In a shocking incident, a woman was stoned to death by her husband at Iswarpur village under Mangalpur police limits in Jajpur district.

The deceased has been identified as Binapani Das (28).

Sources said, Binapani’s husband Arun Das allegedly killed his wife by hitting her head with a grinding stone due to family fued last night, following which she died on the spot.

Later, the neighbours informed about the incident to the police. On being informed, the Mangalpur police reached the spot and arrested Arun.

The scientific team will further investigate into the matter.
