Odisha: Low Pressure-Induced Rain Likely From October 28

Bhubaneswar: Heavy rainfall is likely at few places from October 28, as a low pressure forming over the Bay of Bengal, said Regional Meteorological Centre on Thursday.

Coastal Odisha is likely to experience the rainfall as the low-pressure area is over west-Central Odisha and adjoining Bay of Bengal. Other than this, heavy rainfall is predicted at one or two places in other parts of the State.

Met has informed that moderate cold wave condition is likely to prevail over some parts of the State from today. Weather will remain foggy during morning and evening time.  There will be a high-level of humidity during the daytime,
