Odisha drunken youth bludgeons mother to death, the reason will shock you

Balasore: Soro police in Odisha’s Balasore district reportedly detained a youth on charges of bludgeoning his mother to death today.

The accused has been identified as Ratikant of Gujudia village. His deceased mother has been identified as Satyabhama.

During the investigation, police came to know that Ratikant, who was under the influence of alcohol, reportedly asked Satyabhama to serve him a meal. He then caught hold of a stick lying nearby and clubbed Satyabhama to death as she delayed in serving him food.

A team from Soro police station rushed to the spot and started an investigation. A scientific team has been requisitioned from Balasore to help the cops in probing.
