New announcement for Higher Secondary lecturers in Odisha, Know details

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has stopped the facility of counter signature by additional/sub collector on salary-related bills of Higher Secondary lecturers in the State.

As per sources, the move will advantage the professors of 488-category assisted non-government higher secondary schools in the State.

In addition, the State government has decided to induct National Cadet Corps (NCC) into the curriculum of Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya.

NCC will be allowed in 30 Adarsha Vidyalayas in the first phase. Later the same will be presented at least in one school in each district.
