Bhubaneswar: The Commissionerate Police of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar busted a mobile theft gang and arrested eight members of the team.
The city police reportedly busted the gang after conducted raids in Saheed Nagar area of the State Capital City for the last 15 days. The cops also recovered 40 stolen mobile phones from the possessions of the looters.
Police could identify the owners of 25 mobile phones and handed them over the cell phones after calling them to the police station.
Owners of the mobile phones, on the other hand, expressed their gratitude to the police team for busting the mobile looters’ gang and recovering their phones.
Meanwhile, all the arrested accused persons have been forwarded to the court.
