Rourkela: A city builder had a close shave today after unidentified miscreants opened fire at him near Beladihi on the outskirts of the Steel City today.
The mishap took place in the morning while the victim identified as Anmol Singh was en-route to work along with his body guard. A group of miscreants chased his vehicle and opened fire at it which missed the target.
However, the attackers escaped from the spot after a bodyguard of Singh sustained bullet injury during the firing.
Police reached the spot and rushed the injured to Ispat General Hospital (IGH).
Meanwhile, a manhunt is underway to nab the attackers.
