Miscreants Loot Cash And Ornaments From Mausi Maa Temple In Odisha
Puri: Some unidentified miscreants allegedly looted Rs 30,000 and ornaments from the Mausi Maa Temple at Balagandi Chhaka in Puri district of Odisha on Wednesday night.
The incident came to the fore when the lock of the temple’s gate and the donation box was found broken by the priest in the morning today.
It has also been alleged that the valuable clothes of the goddess have been stolen by the miscreants.
The Kumbharapada police have initiated a probe into the matter.
