MeT predicts thunderstorms for 8 Odisha districts

Bhubaneswar: The Regional Meteorological Department on Wednesday issued thunderstorms for eight districts of the state.

The weatherman forecasted thunderstorms in Ganjam, Gajapati, Rayagada, Jharsuguda, Sundergarh, Kandhamal, Mayurbhanj and Keonjhar districts from 3 PM till 7 PM today.

The Meteorological Department also predicted rain in some places of the theses districts.

People of the eight districts have been advised to stay indoors or, if out, take shelter in safe locations.
