Bhubaneswar: Cloudy skies, rains and fog was experienced most parts of Odisha today.
The weather is expected to remain cloudy till the 12th of this month.
The Met Department has issued an ‘yellow alert’.
The Special Relief Commissioner (SRC) has issued an advisory to collectors asking them to monitor the situation.
The weather shall remain mostly cloudy till the 10th, it might clear out a bit later on.
The SRC has asked officials to be alert about vehicular traffic on the highways to prevent accidents due to dense fog.
On 8th of February, 13 districts namely: Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Sundargarh, Angul, Dhenkanal, Jharsuguda, Jagatsinghpur, Nayagarh, Kalahandi and kandhamal districts there are chances of gusty winds along with rains as predicted by the Regional Met Department.
