Sambalpur: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Sambalpur held its second convocation on Monday. The event was presided by IIM Sambalpur Chairperson Arundhati Bhattacharya and AMUL’s Managing Director R.S Sodhi.
During the convocation, 60 students from the second batch of the Post Graduate Programme(PGP) were awarded their degree certificates. Out of the 60 students, 3 were awarded gold medals for academic excellence.
Arundhati Bhattacharya, who was appointed as the Chairperson of the Society and Board of Governors of IIM Sambalpur in 2016, said IIM Sambalpur has emerged as a premier educational institution in eastern India which imparts courses in humanities, science, commerce, engineering, medicine, and management.
