Bhubaneswar: To avoid any fire accident in the Covid hospitals, fire services personnel have been deployed. They are standing ready in front of the hospital to meet any fire related urgent situation. Besides, all the gears that are required to extinguish fire have also been kept ready.
As per reports, fire services personnel have been deployed in 48 Covid hospitals of the State. There are six personnel engaged for one hospital.
Fire services personnel have been deployed in four Covid hospitals of Cuttack. Besides, the Fire Department has kept a vigil on the situation.
It is to be noted that a considerable number of patients have lost their their lives recently after breaking out of fire in Covid hospitals. Keeping this in view, Odisha government has taken the steps in advance to avoid fire mishaps.
