Koraput: Fake/ Counterfeit notes worth face value of seven crore and 90 lakh rupees has been seized by the Pottangi police in Koraput district of Odisha.
All the notes were of Rs. 500 denomination added the Sunabeda SDPO.
Three people have been arrested by the police in this connection.
The notes were being transported from Chattisgarh to Vishakhapatnam via Koraput.
The Sunki Police Outpost and Potangi police conducted a joint raid and seized the notes.
