Eight Mobile Toilets Provided To Team Traffic In Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: Facility of mobile toilets was extended today at major traffic intersections in the city. In the first phase as many as eight mobile toilets were provided in the state capital.

Traffic DCP, Sagarika Nath inaugurated the programme at Acharya Vihar.

“The mobile toilets were provided as per the order of Police DG, B.K Sharma. This will help team traffic, who work long hours in busy junctions,” said a police official.

Lack of toilet facilities has remained as a major difficulty for traffic personnel especially women who are forced to search for toilets during duty hours. “Similar facilities will also be provided at other important traffic junctions in the city in phase wise manner,” added the police official.
