Bhubaneswar: A seven-member delegation of World, Asia and India Rugby visited Bhubaneswar-based KISS and KIIT on Tuesday.
The team visited different campuses of KIIT University and various branches of KISS. While interacting with students of the largest tribal residential school of the world, they highly appreciated more than 150 students who have excelled in national and international level sports events.
They also expressed great satisfaction over the infrastructures meant for sports in the institute and thanked Dr. Achyuta Samanta, founder of the institutes, for the facilities.
The delegates also took part in the 71st Independence Day Celebration earlier today and enjoyed the march past and cultural programmes of the students. They were left so spellbound by the performances of the students that they involved themselves in the celebration by distributing sweets to the students.
