Bhubaneswar: A cyclonic circulation lies over East Jharkhand and adjoining north Odisha, informed Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar on Wednesday.
Reportedly, the cyclonic circulation lies between 1.5 km & 5.8 km above mean sea level tilting southwards with height, added the weather department.
Due to this cyclonic circulation heavy rains have been predicted in some districts of the state in the next 24 hours.
