Bolangir: In a tragic incident, a Class 10 student in Odisha was found hanging for the fear of the matric exam 2024, said reliable reports. The student was slated to appear for the exams today.
The student was found hanging in his hostel room at Kamakshi Nagar in Bolangir on Monday said reliable reports. The deceased was from Taliudar village in Bolangir.
The school authorities found him hanging in the hostel and rushed him to the hospital where the doctors pronounced him brought dead.
The police have launched a probe into the matter. Detailed reports awaited in this matter.
Earlier last year, a Class 9 girl student was found hanging under mysterious circumstances at a school in Motu near Kalimela of Malkangiri district today. The deceased girl was of Ginipali village in the district.
According to reports, Puja was studying at a private school in Motu. However, her body was recovered from a hostel room in a hanging state. While the exact reason behind her death is yet to be known, it is suspected that she committed suicide.
The school staff soon informed the Motu Police about Puja’s death following which a team of coos reached the spot and started an investigation into the matter.
Police also seized the body for post-mortem and informed Puja’s family members about her death. Meanwhile, a pall of gloom descended on the locality following the girl’s mysterious death.
