Carcass Of Female Elephant Found In Khordha Of Odisha, Probe Underway

Khordha: The carcass of a female elephant was found dead in Khajuripada block near a waterfall under Tangi forest limits in Khordha district of Odisha.

Following information, the forest department reached the spot and sent the body for post mortem.

The exact reason of the wild elephant death is yet to be ascertained, the forest department is concerned about rise in elephant deaths.
