Bhubaneswar registers 35 new positive cases and 27 recovered cases in 24 hours

Bhubaneswar: 35 new cases of Covid-19 were detected in Odisha’s capital city Bhubaneswar in the last 24 hours.

According to reports by Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) on June 24, 2022 the 35 cases reported in the city were local contact cases.

With today’s development, the total Covid-19 cases have increased to 1,56,973. The recovered cases are 1,55,530. The total deceased cases are 1193. At present, the active Covid-19 cases in Bhubaneswar stand at 229. The recovered cases in BMC in last 24 hours were 27.

Odisha on Friday recorded a rise in daily Covid cases with 61 new positives in different districts of the State in the last 24 hours.

According to the data shared by the Information & Public Relations Department, as many as 61 new Covid positive cases were reported in nine districts and the State Pool.

There are 3 children in the 0-18 age group. Out of the total 61 cases, 36 are quarantine cases while the rest 25 are local contacts. Currently, there are 391 active cases in the State.
