Bhubaneswar: Vigilance sleuths on Thursday conducted raids at the residence and other places belonging to Durga Madhab Mishra, Assistant Engineer, ITDA , Baripada in Odisha, on charges of acquiring assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
The anti-corruption officials conducted simultaneous searches at five different places including his office and rented house in Baripada, a house in Balasore, another house in Bhubaneswar.
The Excise officials also conducted raids at Mishra’s ancestral house in Nayagarh.
The total estimation of assets disproportionate to his known sources of income is yet to be unearthed as raids are underway, officials added.
