Kandhamal: A State Bank of India (SBI) ATM was vandalised by some unidentified miscreants near Polytechnic college in Phulbani on Saturday night.
According to reports, locals passing by the ATM spotted the broken kiosk cabin and damaged machine. Subsequently, they informed the police.
Sources say, as there are no security personnel deployed in the ATM, the miscreants first tried to break CCTV camera and and then the ATM kiosk.
Later, the police rushed to the spot along with dog and scientific team and started a probe into the incident.
Police recovered two keys from the spot and are investigating.
