Another 12 Covid patients recover in Odisha today

Bhubaneswar: As many as 12 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Odisha, informed the Health & Family Welfare (H&FW) department on April 11. With this development the total Covid-19 recovered patients in Odisha has reached to 12,78,548.

The recovered patients are being discharged from various facilities across the state, informed the Health department through its official Twitter handle.

According to the H&FW department of the state, the highest recoveries were in Khordha district followed by Bolangir and Jajapur districts.

The details of the recovery cases from different districts today are as follows:

3 from Khordha

2 from Bolangir

2 from Jajapur

1 from Baleswar

1 from Deogarh

1 from Mayurbhanj

1 from Nuapada

1 from Sundargarh


Odisha on Monday reported 12 new Covid cases including 4 in the 0-18 years, informed the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department. The positive tally stands at 12,87,854.

Reportedly, among the 12 positives, 7 patients are in quarantine, and 5 are local contacts. The active cases in Odisha currently stand at 144.

Balangir recorded five positives and Sambalpur recorded four positives. One Covid positive case has been recorded in Bhadrak, Cuttack, and Khurda, each.
