Bhadrak: Normal life was thrown out of gear in Bhadrak district today as the district congress is observing 12-hr dawn-to-dusk bandh demanding the establishment of medical college and hospital.
The shops, business establishments,other offices have remain closed, vehicular movement have been disrupted due to the agitation and several vehicles remain stranded on both sides of the road.
However, some emergency services and ambulance have been exempted from the purview of the Bandh.
Some youth, students and several organisation have extended their support to the Bandh called by the Bhadrak district Congress.
The Congress party have also warned to intensify their agitation if their demands are not fulfilled at the earliest.
