12 Covid patients recover in Odisha on April 28

Bhubaneswar: As many as 12 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Odisha, informed the Health & Family Welfare (H&FW) department on April 28. With this development the total Covid-19 recovered patients in Odisha have reached to 12,78,779.

The recovered patients are being discharged from various facilities across the state, informed the Health department through its official Twitter handle.

According to the H&FW department of the state, the highest recoveries were in Kendrapara district.

The details of the recovery cases from different districts today are as follows:

3 from Kendrapara

3 from Sambalpur

2 from Cuttack

2 from Khordha

2 from Sundargarh

Odisha on Thursday reported 7 new Covid cases including one child, informed to the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department. The positive tally stands at 12,88,024.

Reportedly, among the 7, four patients are in quarantine, and three are local contacts. The active cases in Odisha currently stand at 80.

Today, Khordha recorded the highest Covid cases with two positives followed by Jajpur, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Kendrapada, and Sambalpur with one positive case.
