India to play 2nd ODI against West Indies today; Kohli needs 81 runs to Break Sachin’s record

Visakhapatnam: India will play their second One Day International against the West Indies here on Wednesday.  The home team leads the 5 match ODI series 1-nil.

Indian captain Virat Kohli , who has 9,919 runs in 204 innings, needs another 81 runs to become the fastest man to score 10,000 runs in this format, surpassing the iconic Sachin Tendulkar.

Kohli brought up his 36th ODI century during the first ODI of the series against the West Indies in Guwahati on Sunday.

Rohit (152*) and Kohli (140) both scored centuries that helped India to chase target of 323 with 47 balls to spare.

Meanwhile, the Indian team management have announced an unchanged 12-man squad for today’s match.

India squad: Shikhar Dhawan, Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Ambati Rayudu, Rishabh Pant, MS Dhoni, Ravindra Jadeja, Kuldeep Yadav, Yuzvendra Chahal, Umesh Yadav, Mohammed Shami and Khaleel Ahmed.
