In a recent incident, a woman and her family had a bitter experience on her Air India flight bound from Delhi to Toronto.

The woman, Shreyti Garg, took to her social media handle to share the issues she faced during the flight. In the video that has now gone viral, Garg can be seen pointing out the numerous issues that made her experience uncomfortable.

She shared that the in-flight entertainment systems were not operating. She was further disappointed when the overhead lights in the plane did not function rightly. The circumstances prompted her to use her phone’s torchlight to help her toddler.

If that was not all, she even pointed at a broken seat handle in the Air India flight with exposed wires. This can pose as a safety hazard to passengers.

Shreyti Garg was travelling to Toronto with her husband and two kids. It is noteworthy mentioning that she had paid a hefty ticket price of about Rs 4.5 lakh. From what we know, her complaints to the crew about the issues went unheard as well.

Sharing a video on her Instagram, Garg pointed at the issues in the Air India flight, along with the broken seats. She wrote, “Yes! This is the service we got after paying 4.5 Lakh INR to @airindia.” Since getting shared about four days back, the video has fetched over three million views and numerous comments.
