Coffee, a beloved morning companion, has a new twist in its brewing method – the pressure cooker. This unique way of making the ‘Cooker wali coffee’ has caught the attention of the internet.
In a video that was originally shared on Instagram shows an elderly street vendor with his mobile coffee shop, transformed from a bicycle. One side of the bicycle shows a steel bucket with a jug, while the other side sports a pressure cooker perched on a stove. This unique pressure cooker has a long metal pipe with round knob.
The making process of the ‘Cooker wali coffee’ begins with the vendor placing the essential ingredients- milk, coffee powder, and sugar- in the jug. He positions the jug near the pressure cooker and inserts the pipe connected to it inside the jug. By loosening the knob, the pressure from the cooker transfers into the jug, creating a bubbling effect. Once the brewing is complete, he serves the coffee in disposable glasses.
