Man’s chilling encounter with tiger at Jim Corbett Park goes viral, watch

“Just a morning jog for the tiger trying to burn calories,” an X user quipped about the video.

A man’s chilling encounter with a tiger at the Jim Corbett National Park in Uttarakhand has gone viral. The gripping video has been making waves on social media.

The footage shared by IFS officer Parveen Kaswan on X platform (formerly Twitter) on Friday and within one day the post has earned more than 731k views. The caption of the post reads, “Caption : Is he the luckiest man alive. Tiger seems least bothered. From Corbett.”

The footage shows that the man calmly walking along a forest road while other vehicles are also running on the road. All of a sudden, a tiger emerges from the surrounding bushes and within seconds passes the road and gets vanished on the other side.

As the tiger emerges, the man starts running in the opposite direction (towards the camera on which the footage has been captured). Then the tiger appears in the footage. The man then feels like he got a new life after this chilling encounter with the tiger.

The heart-stopping moment has left viewers in awe and disbelief, with many wondering if the man is indeed “the luckiest man alive” for escaping unharmed.

Of course, the tiger seemed unbothered by the man’s presence. It seems the big cat was not in a mood to hunt, rather it was probably scared for venturing right into the vicinity of human habitat. And thus it went out of site within no time.

The gripping video clip has also garnered a number of comments.

A user wrote, “Tiger more scared of man than man of tiger. That tells a true story on who is more scary.”

Another user took it as the blessing of the Goddess. “Indeed !! Grace of devi on him,” he commented.

“Just a morning jog for the tiger trying to burn calories,” another user quipped.

“Indeed, the luckiest and the least bothered as well,” commented yet another user.

“Damn the size of that cat..!!” wrote another user.

And this comment was hilarious. A user commented, “Pressure aagaya scene from Hera Pheri.”
