A dog reportedly ate and destroyed nearly 4000 dollars (about Rs 3. 32 lakh) in the US. The incident took place on December 8 while it was reported later as the owner couple made effort to get back their money.
The couple had withdrawn the money from the bank. The man had put the cash on the kitchen table. However, after about half an hour their pet dog consumed some of the currency notes and tore a few others.
The couple was shocked to know it because the dog wouldn’t eat food off a coffee table. So it was very unlike of him. However, the dog ingested the money.
The couple then tried to recover their money and after some days managed to get back some portion of the cash.
