Woman-son dead, grandfather critical due to electrocution in Ganjam
In a tragic incident, a woman and her son have been electrocuted to death in Ganjam district of Odisha on Friday.
Khallikote: In a tragic incident, a woman and her son have been electrocuted to death in Ganjam district of Odisha on Friday.
According to reliable reports, the mother and child were at a house construction site where ther was a live wire which they were unaware of. The incident has been reported from Leghar village under Khallikote block of Ganjam.
Inadvertently, they stepped on the live wire and were electrocuted to death on the spot. The maternal grandfather who rushed to the spot and tried to save them was has been critically injured, said reports.
The maternal grandfather was then rushed to the Khallikote Hospital. He is being treated there. Detailed reports awaited in the matter.
