Woman missing from Sundargarh of Odisha found dead in forest
In a shocking development, the body of a woman who had gone missing in Sundargarh district of Odisha has been found.
Bonai: In a shocking development, the body of a woman who had gone missing in Sundargarh district of Odisha has been found.
The incident has been reported from the forest of Bharamaruni in Kalmang village of Koida police station limits, said reliable reports. The locals spotted the decomposed body in the forest and immediately informed the Koida police station.
It is worth mentioning that the woman had been missing from her home since eight days after she had ventured into the forest for collection of essentials.
The woman is said to be a resident of Kalamanga a small village or hamlet in Koida Tehsil in Sundargarh district of Odisha, said reliable reports.
The police has reached the spot and is investigating into the matter. A detailed report in this matter is awaited.
It is however yet to be ascertained whether the death is due to murder or suicide. The police has sent the body for postmortem after which the cause of the death will be ascertained.
