Cuttack: Videos of inmates in Choudwar Circle Jail cleaning septic tank and speaking over mobile phone has gone viral on social media on Monday.
While in a 43-second video two jail inmates are seen cleaning a septic tank, a police officer is seen standing some 10 metres away and speaking with a man, possibly another prisoner.
In another such 29-second viral video an undertrial prisoner is speaking over a mobile phone.
Though the details about the viral videos like when they were shot are yet to be known, the videos have gone viral as they are being circulated from mobile to mobile.
The viral video incident, meanwhile, has raised an eyebrow over the security arrangement in the jail.
It is worthwhile to mention here that an under-trial prisoner named Subhransu Das died a couple of days after a video featuring him went viral. However, his family members alleged that he was killed. They claimed that a gang-war is going on inside the jail.
