Train accident: Special train will go to Chennai from Bhadrak, to stop at all major stations

Bhubaneswar: A special train will leave for Chennai from Bhadrak today at 1 PM, informed the Information & Public Relations (I& PR) Department of Odisha government.

According to the I& PR Department, the special train has been arranged for the journey of the people who were stranded due to train accident at Bahanaga Bazar Station in Balasore.

The train will have stoppages at Cuttack, Bhubaneswar and all major places enroute and will also have a parcel van attached to carry dead body, if required, added Department.

Meanwhile, the Railway Department said that all 21 coaches which capsized due to derailment of train at Bahanaga Bazar Station have been grounded.

Now the site is being cleared and further 3 wagons & locomotive upper part will be grounded, it added.
